LifeShack's first Account Executive will own the full sales cycle for net-new business across three key verticals: higher-ed career centers, staffing firms, and HR-tech / job-ad platforms that can embed our Apply-as-a-Service API. You'll shape our GTM playbook, partner with the CEO on pricing experiments, and lay the track for future reps—much like early sales hires at top tech startups. You'll prospect via cold email, calls, LinkedIn, and events. Run consultative discovery and ROI-based demos for Director- and VP-level buyers. Draft proposals, negotiate MSA & pricing, and shepherd legal / security reviews. Forecast weekly, keeping spotless CRM hygiene. Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, case studies, and campaigns.
