Yes. You can apply directly on employer career sites alongside LifeShack Auto Apply. Follow each employer's instructions and keep your own record of applications you submit outside LifeShack; do not assume those applications will appear in the LifeShack dashboard.
Manual applications are separate from an approval step inside Auto Apply. LifeShack automatically submits supported applications without per-application review. Pause Auto Apply if you want to manage future applications yourself.
