(“LifeShack,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit lifeshack.com or use any related mobile/desktop apps, APIs, browser automations, or services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described below.
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings provided in our Terms & Conditions (e.g., Account, Affiliate, AI Automation, Application Data). “You” may also be referred to as “Consumer,” “Data Subject,” or “User.”

No automated decision making that produces legal or similarly significant effects occurs without human review.
To perform the Service, we transmit your Application Data to third‑party job boards, staffing firms, and potential employers selected by our algorithms and/or by you. These End Recipients operate under their own privacy policies. By using LifeShack, you instruct us to share your data with these parties at your own risk.
If we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
We may disclose Personal Data to comply with law, enforce agreements, investigate fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of LifeShack, our users, or the public.
We may create and share aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
We do not sell your Personal Data for money. Limited sharing with ad partners to deliver interest‑based ads could be deemed a “sale” or “share” under CCPA; see Section 7.2 for your opt‑out rights.
Your data is processed in the United States and sometimes other countries. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross‑border transfers.
We use encryption (in transit & at rest), least‑privilege access, regular penetration tests, and incident‑response procedures, but no method is 100 % secure. We will notify you of any data breach as required by law.
